Make sure that each piece is coated uniformly with the mixture. Apply oil on the grill and place the skewers. Cook for about six minutes. Now take it out of the grill and add it to the skillet containing the potatoes. Mix it well and transfer it to the serving plates. It tastes best when served hot.
